I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology working in the Tautz lab.

 

I am passionate about the questions in evolutionary genomics, in particular the evolution and function of de novo genes (random peptides), as well as the genes involved in female reproduction in mammals, and their medical applications.
